Delivery & Returns

Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, with a tracking number for every order.
• Delivery charge within Pakistan: Rs 350 per order.
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days in major cities and 5–7 days elsewhere.
• You'll get your tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

International delivery

• We ship worldwide. Charges depend on the destination and parcel weight, so we quote each order individually.
• Message us on WhatsApp with the pieces you like and your country, and we'll share the delivery charge and timeline.
• International orders are paid in advance by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available in Pakistan only.

Payment

• Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan.
• For cash on delivery we may ask for a small advance of Rs 300 to confirm your order. It is deducted from the amount you pay the courier.
• You can also pay in full by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Ask us on WhatsApp for details.

Exchanges & returns

• If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange an exchange or refund.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and unstitched, with original packaging and tags.
• Because fabric colours can look slightly different on screens, small shade differences aren't considered a defect.
• Sale items can be exchanged only if they are defective.

Refused parcels

Refused cash-on-delivery parcels cost us two-way courier charges. Customers who refuse a parcel without a valid reason may be asked to pay in advance for future orders.
